Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from SareeKart in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

The following are the terms of shipping 

     

  1. If this is your first order with SareeKart, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A Visiting charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders posted through Visit Option*.
  2. The shipping and delivery dates will be exclusively mentioned in the product listing in the website
  3. Items are shipped in less than 48 hrs after placing the order. Delivery of items will be done in less than 2 weeks from the date of shipping. The exact date of delivery of items will be mentioned in the product listing   

 

 Refund Policy

  1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges through the same payment method that was used to do the purchased within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
  2. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  3. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  4. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
  5. If you cancel the order, visiting charges will not be refunded.
  6. If you return an order delivered to you, original Visiting charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on SareeKart.in's Returns Policy.
  7. Order value is calculated after applying discounts.

 

Cancellation and Returns Policy  

SareeKart.in's Cancellation/ Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to cancel or return or exchange items purchased on SareeKart.com

 

  1. In case of returns without exchange, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as per the refund policy mentioned above
  2. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. The item chosen as replacement is placed as a fresh order and will be delivered to you as per the delivery schedule of the product mentioned in the product listing. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
  3. If you cancel the order, visiting charges will not be refunded.
  4. If you return an order delivered to you, original Visiting charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on SareeKart.in's Returns Policy.
  5. Order value is calculated after applying discounts
  6. Cancellation can be on done within  48-72 hours once order is placed

 

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Sarees which were cut cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. Sarees which have damaged silk cannot be exchanged or returned
  3. Only self-ship return allowed for such items, the pickup facility will not be available.
  4. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
  5. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  6. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  7. In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
  8. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  9. Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100/- towards shipping costs per order/parcel, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
